It’s ok to be quiet is a concept album about a teenager in the 90s. Alone in their room they build strange little sculptures. Placing them on a small rotating platform they film the sculptures and sprinkle glitter over them. After finishing and filming their 3rd sculpture, they disappear.

All that aside, it IS ok to be quiet.
